Uptime is a CDL hiring and recruiting platform designed for trucking fleets. It combines AI-powered driver matching, recruiting automation, candidate management, and compliance tools to help fleets efficiently find, manage, and hire qualified drivers while maintaining a continuous hiring pipeline.

AI-Assisted Design Process
We used AI-assisted wireframing to quickly explore the initial information structure and layout direction based on the provided requirements.
I then redesigned and refined the complete dashboard in Figma, focusing on:

UI components, icons, spacing & typography
Compliance visibility and action clarity
Overall visual consistency and polish
AI was used for early exploration only. The final UI design, visual decisions, component refinement, and Figma execution were completed by me.
